Returns & Exchanges
Cut Fabric (Yardage)*In-store*
All cut fabric sales are final. Because fabric is cut to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on yardage once it has been cut. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive fabric that is defective or damaged, contact us within 48
hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will replace
the item or issue store credit at our discretion.
Event Linens - (Tablecloths, Chair Covers, Runners, Overlays)
Unused, unwashed items in original condition may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase with receipt. No cash refunds — store credit or exchange only.
Catalog Orders
Catalog orders are non-refundable once placed, as items are sourced
specifically for your order. Exceptions are made only for items that arrive
damaged or incorrect.

Online Orders
Order Processing- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second notification when it ships.
Online fabric orders require a minimum purchase per fabric. This ensures accurate cutting and packaging. Please contact us for current minimums.Textiles Kingdom
Shipping
We ship within the continental United States. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Textiles Kingdom is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Las Vegas location at 1729 E Charleston Blvd STE G. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and wait for a ready notification before coming in.

Catalog Orders
How It Works
Catalog orders allow customers to order fabrics not currently in stock in
our store. Browse our catalog in person or request aby contacting us directly.
Minimums
Catalog orders require a minimum yardage per fabric style. Minimums vary by fabric — ask a team member for specifics before placing your order.
Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing a catalog order. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or before shipment.
Lead Times
Catalog orders typically take 1–2 weeks depending on availability and supplier timelines. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Cancellations
Once a catalog order is placed and the deposit is collected, cancellations are not accepted. The deposit covers sourcing and handling costs.
Order Changes
Changes to catalog orders (quantity, fabric type) must be requested
within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is locked in.

Privacy Policy
Customer information (name, email, address, phone) is collected solely
for order processing and store communications. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Email subscribers can opt out at any time.
In-Store Conduct
Textiles Kingdom reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a disruptive or disrespectful manner toward staff or other customers.
Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier costs and market conditions. The price at time of purchase is the price honored —no price adjustments on previous purchases.
Wholesale & Bulk Pricing
Customers purchasing above a set yardage threshold may qualify for wholesale pricing. Contact us directly to inquire about bulk rates and wholesale accounts.
Photography Policy
Customers are welcome to photograph fabrics for personal reference.
Commercial use of photos taken in-store requires written permission
from Textiles Kingdom.
